HOUSEMAID,NANNY,COOK AND PRIVATE DRIVERS do not come under MOL

Please note :

HOUSEMAID,NANNY,COOK AND PRIVATE DRIVERS do not come under MOL therefore the labour laws do not apply to these professions nor do they hold a labour card.
Ministry of Labour does not deal with Housemaid,Nanny,Cook or private drivers these professions directly come under immigration.

Therefore if Any complaints or Questions these professions should Head to Immigration or call 800665.

Benefits for Domestic helpers :
- 1 Rest day per week (Outing is up to the sponsor).
- 30 days annual leave payment for each year.
- Ticket.

There is NO gratuity for Domestic helpers as of now.
