What is Free zone?

Free zone in Unite Arab Emirates is a free economic zone or sometimes called duty free, free trade or tax free zone and it allowed owners to keep the ownership of the companies with themselves without any UAE citizens as a partner. 

What is LLC?

LLC stand for “Limited Liability Company” is a separate legal entity and every LLC company requires a UAE National as a partner.

How to check either your Visa is Free Zone or LLC?

1.     Free zone Visa:

Every Company working with UAE free zones have their specific visas including below words after their company names.

Ban for Free Zone Employees?

We will suggest all of UAE Expats to try their best to get Free Zones Visa and the main reason is that you won’t have to worry about your Labour Contract is case of Transferring Visa or changing a job.

There will be no Ban while working with free zone companies even if you switch jobs shortly.

But it will be a plus point and white point for your career if you completed a Contract before transferring to another Company.

Ban for LLC Employees?

Yes One year ban is compulsory if a worker resigns before completing a limited period contract with any LLC “Limited Liability Company” in any Emirates of UAE.
