How to Get UAE Residence Visa for Family Members

Types of Visas in UAE
There are 2 Types of Visas in UAE
1.  Short Term Visas ( Tourist or Visit Visa )
2.  Long Term Visas ( Residence Visa )

Note: Long Term visas usually issued for 2-3 years and it allows owner to live in any emirate of UAE along with given privileges:
ü  Residence Permit for Family members
ü  Free Visa admission to GCC Countries
ü  Tax Remission
ü  Purchasing real estate in any Emirate of UAE  
Most of us looking for UAE Nationality but this Great Country do not provide foreign Citizens with Nationality but there is an alternative to citizenship and it is Residency in UAE. Please read below article if you are interesting in UAE residence visa, it will describe UAE Residence visa rules and Requirements.

1.Residence Visa through Company Registration:

Registering a company in UAE is the first way to get UAE residence visa and every investor of a newly registered company in any Emirate of United Arab Emirates has the right to get residency visa for his/her or for his/her family members at low cost.

2.Residence Visa for Company Employees:

The easiest way to get Residence Visa of Dubai or any other Emirate of United Arab Emirates is working here. Any company registered here in UAE can provide their employees with work and residence permit but it really needs some documents.

Required Documents:
As per new Rules an employee should have 10,000 AED salary or 9,000 AED salary plus Accommodation on Labour Contract to sponsor his/her family members and this Labour Contract should be attested from Immigration Department.
Other documents that required for family residence visas are spouse’s recent passport size photograph, Copy of Applicant valid Visa, passport copies of both husband and wife and children (if have).

3.Buy Residence visa:

Buying a Residence visa in not an issue now days, it is possible if you are able to Purchase Real estate in United Arab Emirates.
According to UAE residence visa requirements a purchase of Real estate in any emirate of UAE for minimum 1 Million Dirham can give you a residence visa.
